First, we are committed to understand each client’s operations and systems. Based on our expertise, we will then identify and classify the incidents that can occur in their environment. We determine the seriousness of each type or class of incident, particularly their impact on the business, before discussing and establishing what the customer’s desired outcomes in each incident type or class of incidents should be.

With these factors mapped out and analysed, we will be able to perform an Organisation Response Readiness Assessment to determine the data that can form potential evidence, the data that can be monitored so that incidents can be detected, and the business or operational data that require varying degrees of protection.

We then employ the analysis for Design and Build, Monitoring and Respond, and Prevention solutions. These include building:
1. the recourse plans and processes that will achieve the desired outcomes;
2. the monitoring and detection mechanism and processes; and
3. pro-active protection mechanisms securing the business / operation data.
