a private company limited by shares on 8 August 2001.

We launched our computer forensic services and within a year,
successfully established a client base comprising some of the major law
firms in Singapore.
2003
Our scope of services was expanded to include digital investigation
services and we were engaged by many multi-national corporations in the
IT industry to assist them in their intellectual property related
investigations in Singapore and Malaysia.
2004
Our first overseas office, Tecbiz Frisman (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, was
incorporated in May 2004.

In August 2005, we further expanded our scope of services to offer IT
asset management services to our corporate clients.
2006
We began developing our proprietary IT asset management tool, SolveSAM®
in June 2006.
Our unique business model and achievements caught the attention of
Sirius Venture Consulting Pte Ltd, an equity investment firm, and
SPRING SEEDS Capital Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SPRING
Singapore that supports innovative entrepreneurs with the potential to
go global. Their joint investment of S$600,000 in our company expressed
a strong vote of confidence in our management and operations, while the
additional funding allowed us to strengthen ourselves for our next
phase of growth
2007
In January 2007, we were appointed by Microsoft Corporation Inc. to
provide software asset management advisory services to their partners
globally, helping to answer queries relating to Microsoft licensing and
software asset management practices and standards worldwide.
SolveSAM® was successfully launched and integrated into our IT asset
management services in March 2007.
During the same period, we also successfully completed a computer
forensic assignment for the new National Kidney Foundation (NKF) board
of directors, where our evidence aided the successful conclusion of the
high-profile civil litigation that was brought against the old board of
directors of the NKF.
2008
In April 2008, we continued to expand our overseas presence through our
Tecbiz Frisman (Thailand) joint-venture.
We were appointed by Guidance Software Inc., a NASDAQ listed firm
specializing in computer forensics software, as their authorised
training centre in Malaysia and Thailand.
We were also appointed as distributors for VOOM International,
marketing patented hardware devices for computer forensics in
Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines.
In November 2008, we were included in the first Security Compliance

institutions meet the new Internet Banking and Technology Risk
Management guidelines issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore in
June 2008.
