We also conduct searches and seizure of computer exhibits during investigation, enforcement raids and Anton Piller order executions, and provide expert opinion in technology-related litigation. We have successfully uncovered evidence that has provided our clients with a more complete and accurate picture of the extent of their losses due to such incidents, and has given them insightful information about fraudsters and their fraudulent schemes. We have presented our digital evidence in legal cases in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, China, US and Denmark.

As part of RBS Monitoring and Respond, we also help to build digital investigation capabilities in law enforcement agencies and among compliance personnel of companies, through consultancy, implementation of appropriate technology, training and advisory. We are the authorised training centre of Guidance Software, publisher of the popular computer forensic software EnCase, in Malaysia and Thailand.

In order to provide more comprehensive and holistic solutions to meet our clients’ needs in computer forensics and data protection, we also represent major computer forensic equipment makers in the distribution of their products. We are the authorised distributor for VOOM International, a company that designs, develops and supplies patented computer hardware devices for computer forensics, hard drive duplication, computer system assurance, and computer data storage system, in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines.
